4. Bidders must pay a bid bond of RMB 500,000 to the bidding unit before the deadline for submission of bids.
5. Before signing the contract, the winning bidder shall pay a one-time contract bond of 5 million yuan to the tenderee (the bid bond can be directly converted into the contract bond). Otherwise, the bid will be deemed as abandoned and the bid bond will not be refunded.
