At present, soybeans have been planted in more than 50 countries and regions in the world, but the main producing countries are the United States, Brazil, Argentina, and China. There are many legends about the origin of tofu. In the eleventh year of Han Gaozu, the mother of Huainan Wang Liu’an was seriously ill and did not think about eating. Liu An is not only good at words, but also agile and filial. I know that my mother likes to eat soy beans, and I personally grind the soybeans and season with salt. Unexpectedly, it turns into tofu, and the color is like white snow. It tastes delicious. Liu Muzhi, the appetite increased, and the body recovered. So the salt and tofu tofu technology has been passed down to the world. The tofu industry in Hangzhou, in the Qing Xianfeng four years (AD 1854), there are more than 100 tofu workshops, scattered in the riverside bridgeheads of the crepe river, Zhonghe, Donghe and canals in Hangzhou. At that time, it was passed down to the post-liberation. According to the record, only the “Yufuxing Tofu Shop” can be said to be the source of traceability of Hangzhou Bean Food Co., Ltd. In the urban area of Hangzhou, the bean curd industry was gradually merged into 10 soybean product production plants in the late 1980s.
